About the Festival

Founded in 1977 by LeRoy Gill, the Lockport Outdoor Arts & Crafts Festival has grown into a cherished tradition and a highlight of the summer season in Western New York. Proudly sponsored by the Optimist Club of Lockport, the festival began as a modest gathering of local artisans and community members.
